At Tutor Stone, our mission is to empower young students with knowledge, and inspire in them a love for learning so that they will unlock their full academic potential and achieve the best grades we know they can. We believe that every student is unique, and through personalized tutoring, we aim to provide the guidance, support, and resources they need to excel in their studies.
Our belief is that tutoring is something that should be accessible to every student who desires it. This is why all of our tutoring is conducted online. Digital education is the new way to learn, and with various tools and software available on the Internet, online learning has never been easier. It doesn’t matter if you live in the middle of a bustling city, or a small town in a rural area, any interested student will be able to access our high-quality tutors.
Our Approach
We understand that each student has their own strengths, weaknesses, and unique learning style. Our approach to tutoring is personalized, adaptive, and student-centred. Whether you want help with your homework, revision and practice of specific topics, or go over exam papers to develop your exam technique, we got you covered! Tell us what you want in your lesson, and we will deliver.
We take the time to assess the individual needs of every student and tailor our teaching methods to suit them, ensuring that they not only understand the material but also gain the confidence to excel on their own. We will make sure that the student understands everything about a topic, by explaining the concepts in detail and offering practice questions targeted at their weaknesses while answering any and all doubts that they may have, in order to make sure they gain complete mastery over every aspect of their subject, and can walk into the exam hall with confidence.
When place our students into groups, we take care to closely examine and understand each student’s strengths and weaknesses, to make sure that the student is placed into a group with only those who are working on a similar level. This will guarantee that no student feels left out, and that the sessions are always engaging, productive, and intellectually stimulating for all of our students.
